Creates a voxel list representing a sphere using the sphere equation.

On return, N is the number of points in the sphere and (x[i],y[i],z[i]), 0 <= i < N, are the points in the sphere.

Parameters description:

length length of the generated voxel list
radius Sphere radius, (int)radius*2+1=size of the eq grid
xlist X values for the voxel list
ylist Y values for the voxel list
zlist Z xvalues for the voxel list
allocfunc function to allocate the memory for the lists
